The post of Secretary of the teachers’ Council is an important administrative post for smooth conduct of a college. Dr Sudip Khasnobish , Assistant Professor in History of the College, is acting as the Secretary of the Teachers’ Council. He looks after the teaching-learning exercise of the college and provides effective suggestions to the college authority for improving the academic atmosphere.

He has to Convene staff meeting as and when required and record the minutes of the meeting.He has to collect the student feedback about the faculty member’s subject wise (for all the subjects taught to the students) and communicate the feedback to the concerned faculty members in the standard format as decided by the principal.
