Department of Sociology
About The department
The Department of Sociology at Rajganj College, established in 2016, has swiftly evolved into a vibrant academic hub. Initially, the department began with a single faculty member and a small group of enthusiastic students, offering only a pass course under the 1+1+1 system. With the academic year 2023, the department made a significant leap by introducing a major in Sociology, now accommodating 80 seats under the Four-Year Undergraduate Programme (FYUP).
